Historic Rosedale Plantation Autumn Events

The Historic Rosedale Plantation offers a number of interesting activities this fall that you won't want to miss.

Where: The Historic Rosedale Plantation, 3427 N. Tryon St., Charlotte, NC 28206

When: Friday, October 23 and Saturday, October 24, 2015
             7:30-9pm: Paranormal Grounds Investigation (arrive fifteen minutes early).
             9:30-11pm: Paranormal House Investigation (arrive fifteen minutes early).
             11:30pm-12:30am: Midnight in the Garden (arrive fifteen minutes early).
What: Ghost hunters from the Charlotte Area Paranormal Society take you on either a tour of the grounds of Rosedale plantation, through the 200 year old plantation house, or through the garden to hear about the ghostly encounters that have taken place at Rosedale Plantation throughout history. Guides will also attempt to contact the paranormal using the most up-to-date equipment available to contact the deceased. 
Cost:  Grounds Investigation: $15, House Investigation: $65 (reservation required),  Midnight in the Garden: $30 (reservations required)

When: Thursday, October 29, Friday, October 30, and Saturday, October 31. 2015
             7:30-9:30pm: Spirits of Rosedale (Tours start every 15 minutes and are about 45 minutes long)
What:  The Rosedale theatrical production team leads the tour dressed as the spirits that still call this plantation home. These spirits give you a first hand view of the tragic, ghostly, dramatic, and unsolved mysteries that haunt the plantion to this day.

When: Saturday, October 31, 2015
             6:15-7:15pm: Rosedale Spirit Walk 
What: This event is meant for children ten and under. Groups will be led around the gardens and learn spooky stories and historical tales. Stories at the spirit walk are meant to entertain and not to scare.
