MY ACTIVE RAIN FAMILY!!! I NEED YOUR ADVICE!!!!

Hello Friends I won't take up much time on this one question or more like a need for some good advice here's

the situation. There is a home on my street literally 5 houses down from my home that is an REO. Usually when

I don't have a listing in which to hold an open house I call agents in my area to see if I can work their listings.

Here is the big question. Should I, or should I not hold an open house at this property that is on my street.

What would be the pros and cons. I appreciate any advice you can give! Thanks in advance!

Fair game is fair game. Just because it is on the street that you live makes no difference whatsoever. As a matter of fact imagine the referrals you can get by your neighbors all knowing what you do. Imagine when they start referring family and friends to you.Just my opinion Thanks, Keith

The fact that it is an REO should not matter. If you have had success in the past working open houses then I would say go ahead and do it.

Go for it!  You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.  Why would you think there is a downside?
