Some of our newbies in our office get so frustrated when the phone constantly rings for the top producers, which, boy oh boy.... do I understand their frustration. I was in their shoes, not so long ago. The answer, for me, was being THERE. Being in the office, being available if someone gets called out to cover their floor time, being THERE in the continuing education classes. Being THERE and listening and learning to and from the top producers, being THERE at open houses, offering to sit at open houses. Going to the open houses. Learn by being THERE. It will come. The technology is equally as important, and that is a constant curve. BE THERE.
However, I don't want to be here!
