Oh My Darling, Clementine ... Flake Off, Already

I love Mr. Ed Is there a way for Active Rain to stop Clemintine by blocking her IP?

Is she spamming anyone but me with her Ocala Mansion dot com essay contest?

Instead of blogging about it she's loaded up my blog comments and I'm over it.

Clemintine, you're pishing me off.

Knock it off.

You're an author, not a real estate agent.

Hire a REALTOR*. If you have one, and the house is listed, you're due for a price reduction just like he/she has been asking you to do.
Price your real estate to sell and it will sell, period. It's really that simple.
You aren't going to get what you paid for it if you bought it after 2003.
Read the Active Rain real estate blogs to learn why your home hasn't sold and then implement what you learn.

Lose the www.ActiveRain.com web address. Lose the www.LifeinBonitaSprings.com web address.

In regard to the "giveaway / essay contest". I also love the following "piece of marketing":

"Even kids under the age of 18 can enter as long as their entry includes a written statement with a signature from their parent or guardian approving their participation in this contest. The contest is also open to all not-for-profit organizations," she said.

I can just see it now....

Daddy, can I borrow $200 to send to some lady with my essay????

Hmmm. I googled the address. It's listed with a remax agent that is an active rain member, but doen't blog. Maybe he should blog about it and spare the rest of us comment spam.

Chris - She got me too!! I found her..... "COMMENT" on 4 of my blog posts. I deleted them. I felt guilty about doing that....then started seeing the SAME COMMENTS on alot of other AR bloggers too. NOW, I don't feel so guilty. If this person is an AR member, they should get a permanent BOOT....time to call Bob.
