Woods Fork Ridge is a bit of a secret in Christian County Missouri. It is located about 8 miles S of Ozark and North of Saddlebrooke. This neighborhood features amazing views of the Ozark Mountains which are beautiful no matter what the season. Woods Fork Ridge is a paved county road just 1 mile off of Hwy 65 which gives convient access to Ozark, Springfield, or Branson. Almost every time I have visited the area I see deer, turkeys, or other wildlife. I've driven up there in the winter and the county does a good job keeping the road cleared. This is good because you drive up a big hill to climb the mountain, but the view is well worth it!
There are only 12 lots in the area but each has a panoramic view. Most are 5 acre tracts with a couple of larger tracts and one that is 3 acres. There are currently four beautiful homes in the area with two more building soon. Homeowners in this area take pride in their properties and are a friendly bunch.
Underground utilities are provided to each lot. There is no homeowner's association or dues, but there are covenents and restrictions. These include homes must be at least 1600 sq feet and no mobile homes are allowed. If you would like a copy of the full C&R I have a PDF copy I can send you.
Driving directions are: Take hwy 65 S of Ozark MO 8 miles to Woods Fork road on the west. Start slowing down when you go down the first big hill or you might miss it. It is close to mile marker 29.
