Arizona has many new
homes available.
Home Builders, both large and small, have noticed the valley's wild
population growth patterns, and have set up stakes in this area.
It's quite the task to keep up with all the developments... but it's
very much worth it, as many new homes are priced below current market.
It's a great time to buy
as the competition is fierce and people are able to buy more-home
for-less money.
With the nationwide housing bubble, not every developer will survive
the downturn.
... which is a shame because many of these subdivisions are what I call
"hidden gems."
One local developer has beautiful homes for sale at below market rates.

These homes are heavily upgraded- many have granite countertops and
backsplashes, stainless steel appliances, stone or brick fireplaces,
premium carpeting, decorative tile, lavish bathrooms and kitchens, and
many more features found in luxury homes.
