Pendleton Club condominiums is one of the first 3 condos built in 1963. Actually one of the very first not only in Daytona, but in Florida. At that time Pendleton Club with these 2-bedroom units with a bit over 1,000-sq.ft. living space and 196-sq.ft. balcony, was a very fancy building. The only building with a doorman (I believe there are no other condos with a doorman in the area).
Fancy, as they have 2 doors to your unit from the hallway. One is your main entrance door, and one is to the kitchen so that you can take your groceries straight to the kitchen. Maybe today this is not really practical, but it is sure fancy…
Excellent grounds along the Intracoastal. Views of the Intracoastal from every unit in the Building, they have their own embankment, with benches, the boat doc, their own boat ramp, shaded BBQ area, and, of course, a sizable pool…
Market has changed, and you can no longer buy here for $55K (and at the peak of the market 2 bedroom units were selling for way over $200K), but barely over $100K today is a darn good price for Pendleton Club.
There are 5 condos for sale in Pendleton Club. Prices are exceptionally low… Even for our stagnant market.
