Average Sales Price of homes sold during 3rd quarter: $ 1.1 million
Properties for Sale as of 9/30/2015: 12 ( Between 2 and 3 months inventory of unsold homes ,based upon the average number of homes sold per month during the quarter of 5, with 3 homes in escrow at the end of September)
Average List Price at 9/30/2015: $ 1.2 million
Average Price per Sq. Ft. for Properties Sold during 2nd Qtr: $ 589 per sq. ft.
Properties sold at an average of 95% of List Price and took 1 to 2 months to sell
