Yes I specifically selected this title for all of the more "seasoned" folks here in AR land (lol) as a mini flashback to simpler times of the 70s when Led Zep was ruling the airwaves and wrote this classic song. It also is an easy segway into the challenge for October about communication. Without question communication can make or break a transaction and is almost always the culprit when there is a problem.
For us we have constant communication from opening to close. Mortgages these days are more and more intense and scrutinized than ever, so keeping the clients abreast as to what is going on and then the "why" behind it is of utmost importance.
To help ensure the communication is both in place and delivered the way today's consumer wants, we are finishing the final touches on a new USM online app to keep all parties in the loop of what goes on digitally as well as the tried and true methods of calls and emails too. It is important to keep these lines open but equally as important to be speaking in the format the borrower speaks (email, phone mobile app communication etc)

Communication - either the reason you are looked upon favorably or negatively in most transactions and keeping open lines of it in multiple formats is a key to success.
Communication Breakdown may be a great tune but you don't want it in your business!
