Job Recognition IS Important

Every day I do my job. I am in my office from 9-9 most every day and usually on the weekends too. That's a lot of hours.

I hear my clients tell me they appreciate meall the time! It's just one of those things that is nice to hear. 

Today, my Team member, Jennifer, gave me a card. The card was not for Valentines Day or St. Patrick's day or something special. It was because she wanted me to know that she appreciates me and what I have done.

I just felt like sharing it with you all. It made me cry!

Now I want each and everyone of you to go out and tell someone what a difference they have made in your life, either in business or personally. It's just one of those Random Acts of Kindness that I think should be practiced every day.

It is said that we create our own success, however, I believe there are a host of people who work along side of us to achieve that same success!
