I wanted to provide a mid week update for South Riding. there are currently 48 homes for sale. 0 homes new to the market. 6 homes received a contract; 1 short sale condos, 2 traditional sale condos, 2 traditional sale town homes & 1 traditional sale detached homes. 2 homes were reported sold; 1 traditional sale town homes & 1 traditional sale detached homes. There are 0 homes coming soon.   I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
