Hey varmints, the year ain't over yet!
Are you in line with 4th quarter projected goals? If not, get out there and sell something! As we head into mid October, it is time to reflect back and look forward to strong finishes for 2016. Before you know it, the New Year will be making an appearance.
Keep the momentum by:
- Maintaining positivity
- Keeping a sense of humor
- Handling problems as they arise
Follow up and follow through, make yourself available and contact past clients to remind them why they chose you as their agent. And remember, there are only 11 Fridays left to accomplish this year's goals!
Our broker is directing a class today on setting and achieving weekly, monthly and yearly goals. Though, I have surpassed my sales goals this year, it will be excellent information to take into the New Year.
