There's a whole book waiting to be written about this deal. But they hired us to get it sold and that's exactly what we did. We navigated over many bumps in the road to closing. It was under contract just 7 days after it was listed, but then it took 10 weeks to get to the closing table. I learned a lot along the way that will help me with future deals. And in the end the buyers and sellers were happy. Got a nice hug and thank you from the sellers for getting them through the process.
