It is a tough market, almost all over.

Don't let that stop you from doing a few things to increase your business.

Reach out to some past clients.

Call or send a note to a FSBO

Send out a few personal notes.

If you do a few things everyday.  It will slowly increase your business.

Just like planting seeds.

Great post.  Yes, it totally is planting seeds.  During the last few years it was reaping the harvest......hopefully people planted seeds than too so they can reap now.
