In general prices continue to trend up. There is a slight drop off in September, but I think that is an anomaly due to one very high end sale. The supply of homes is a little under 2 months which is still a strong sellers market.
Brentwood California Homes will continue to be in high demand, with low interest rates I believe we will see home prices continue to rise.
