Real Estate News: October 30, 2015
As we watch the “Lowes Realtor Benefits” unfold. It leaves a lot a questions to be asked.
Are they positioning themselves to sell off your client database?
Timing, how convenient is it that the program ends right after Lowes investing heavily in “SoloPro” A service developed to “unbundle” Realtor Services? (Follow the link/photo below for more)
LOWE'S, I have an Ethical Question for you. What happens to that 10 year database I have given you? All my clients’ personal information, names, email address, and much more.
Will you destroy that database on November 7?
I hardly think so, I think you have a much more devious plan that would require you to end our relationship “Lowes Realtor Benefits” and your affiliation with “NAR”
Once this relationship has ended.... , well it will make it a little easier for you to sleep at night, then as the dust settles, you will start contacting/marketing to all our clients?
Oh, I'm sure that somewhere in the forms we signed, we gave you these rights, so there is not much we can do now.
Lowe’s, rest assured, we have your number, we have choices, and trust us, they will be much better in the future!
Take a look at recent news and form your own opinion:
Personally I am cancelling my Lowes business account and moving it over to the other "Large Box Store"

Here is a release from NAR: Take Note of the Phone Number Please

I personally think they have made it absolutely clear, our business is not welcome at their stores anymore.
With that I say, Aloha Lowes, we wish you all the best!
Home Depot, I am loving that American Flag over your building, thank you America for giving me the freedom of Choice!
