Why REcycle When You Can FREEcycle?

Springtime is not the only "green" thing in town! It seems like everyone is jumping on the environmental wagon. Some people would like to join in this movement, but they aren't sure what they can do.

We have become a disposable society. Our landfills are filling up at astronomical rates. Recycling is good; but, why settle for "good" when you can do what is great?!

Build relationships, a sense of community, and have a great time doing it! How can you go from "good" to "great"? Do more than recycle. Freecycle!

When you freecycle you simply post items that you no longer need or post a request for items that you would like to have at Freecycle.org! This is a really fun way to give your belongings new life and locate items that you'd like to have without spending one red cent! During this time of financial instability in our world, FREE is a very valuable commodity!

Freecycle.org is a great community. If you decide to join, I'd really like to know. Just click here to send me an email & tell me. I look forward to seeing you there! Freecycle logo

I love FreeCycle.  When our office gets a foreclosure listing and it needs to be cleaned out....   I try to gather as much usable things as I can an post them to FreeCycle.  I feel like I'm giving back to the community and and also getting my name out there for all to see (My ID os RoswellGaRealtor).  I've met some really super folks doing this and have made some good friends, too!

Good post. Green is my thing! I try and stear as many clients as I can to build this way. Interesting enough that very few do spend the extra to do it.

Giving usable items out of foreclosures is a great Idea.

You are really singing my toon!  Green is the way to go.  I found a company that recycles boxes and buys boxes back after you used them.  I refer them to all my clients.

That sounds like a really cool site.  I love getting things for free!

That is a great site.  I clicked it and 45 minutes later realized I was still there.  I'm going to join today for sure.  Thank you.
