We suggested that they replace the very worn and dated main floor with commercial laminate, install a neutral light gray subway tile for a back splash in the kitchen and paint the walls a light gray called Balboa Mist by Benjamin Moore. The final touch was to install simple, modern light fixtures to create a bright look in these darker days of the fall season.
By doing this we saved time and money on smaller fixes to update the look of the kitchen cabinetry.
It was all done in 10 days from the time of selecting the finishes to the actual staging day to market the property to attract the ideal buyers.
This property is now "move in ready" and it was all done on a minimal budget.
