In the first quarter of 2008, THIRTY THREE homes sold with an average sold price of $283,505.  The average list price was $296,421 so homes in the first quarter of 2008 sold on average at 95.6% of asking.  While most of the homes sold in the $200-249k range, over a third of the homes sold in Bellingham in this first quarter of 2008 sold at over $300k
