Happy New Home Day to the Powell Family!

Hooray to The Powell Family on the closing of their home purchase in the Longleaf neighborhood last week. The best reward for our Gainesville Real Estate business is to have very happy buyers!

We had fun home-hunting too. Yes, we saw a few ugly frogs, but found a beautiful home in Longleaf.  They are looking forward to enjoying the community pool and clubhouse. It’s great when a plan comes together and everything worked out well on their home purchase.

Hi Spirit - our market here is great.  It's getting a bit tough as our inventory has been declining. So, homes that show well and are priced well are moving quickly.  Yet, that is frustrating to home buyers here.  I welcome any referral you send my way!

LongLeaf looks like a wonderful community, and I hope your clients will let their friends know about the services you provide. It seems with the inventory going down,  Buyers will need experienced Buyer's agent to help them navigate successfully the offer and multiple offer situations.
