We are shooting videos in the studio today. We get agents that need much in the way of coaching just to get the basics down. Others take to it like ducks to water. They make it look easy. It struck me that those who make things look easy also tend to do better in Real Estate. They come across poised and confident.
Do you think there might be a connection here? I think there is. In our training classes we not only teach marketing, but we teach our agents to learn their material so well that they develop a true confidence. This really comes across to their clients.
Buyers and sellers want an agent who is comfortable in their position as lead negotiator and marketer for their home. This confidence belies their experience and comfort level dealing in Real Estate. Just like the Pelican above gliding by, good agents make it all look easy.
