I need to sell my house in Arizona for quick cash but for how much?

Once you have that value, multiply it by 80% and then subtract out the cost to update items in the home and that should be the Quick cash for your house or property offer made within 24 hours and to close immediately.  It is that simple.  Get the REMODELED RETAIL VALUE and from there, minus out the cost of doing that stuff.  This will make you several thousand extra dollars and will take less than two hours worth of work.  Those two hours will save you years of agonizing over why you sold a house for as cheap as you did and will keep you from feeling ripped off.
