The Eagle Watch Subdivision is located in Woodstock Georgia. It surrounds an Arnold Palmer designed golf course and comes with play grounds, tennis courts, pools, and a real community feel. One thing to notice is that prices are a bit seasonal with higher prices occuring in the Spring and Summer months. This is typical and shows our seasonality of sales.
