How did the real estate market for Mission KS fair for September 2015? Here are the new numbers for January 2015 for Mission homes sold, average sales price and average days on market for listings of homes for sale in Mission KS.

For September 2015, there were 16 single family homes that sold per the local Multiple Listing Service reports. 13 of these homes sold in the price range up to $200,000 with the average sales price being $149,523.  1 sale in the price range of $200-$300,000 with an average sales price of $245,000.  The average sales price for the other 2 sales was for $340,656.

What is Selling in My Neighborhood of Mission?

My expectation for the home market for the remainder of 2015 is continued low inventory of homes for sale in Mission as well as other portions of Northeast Johnson County.  However, it is reasonable to anticipate that there will be an increase in Buyer demand for listings of homes for sale in Mission KS which will continue to help improve sales growth and home values.
