I just had to give my praise and grattitude to Diane Kiecke and Mary Kieswetter with Gary Greene Prudential Realty. It is so refreshing to be involved in a transaction where the agent/s on the co broker side are professional, know their stuff and get stuff DONE! They also DID what they said they would! Totally enjoyable transaction!
Here is one thing that was really refreshing about Diane and Mary. Diane and Mary both watched out for their seller's best interest during our negotiations but did so without making it a truly adversarial process. As agents, we forget sometimes that while it is OUR JOB to watch out for our clients, it's not necessary to be personal about it or get ugly and mean about the negotiation process.
Top notch professionalism from what I could see and I just wanted to give them a big thanks in the form of this post all about THEM-THEM!
