Oreo balls! Delicious and DANGEROUSLY addicting- these are perfect to make for a large group or whenever you need to satisfy your sweet tooth- the best part about these cookie balls are that they are SO SIMPLE to make.
Ingredients:
-1 8 oz package of cream cheese
-3 1/2 cups of oreo cookies finely crushed
-4 packages of semi-sweet baking chocolate
Directions:
-STIR the cream cheese and cookie crumbs until thoroughly blended
-MELT the chocolate
-MOLD the cream cheese and cookie mixture into 1 inch balls and stick in the freezer for about 15 minutes
-DIP the cookie balls into the melted chocolate and refrigerate for about 1 hour or until firm. Keep refrigerated
