Wylie ends the busy home selling and buying market season strong with Average Sales Price of Homes up 5.5%. Now is the time to sell if you have been on the fence. The sellers market continues! Of course you have to consider where you are going if you sell?? Many of my clients are downsizing, cashing out and buying newer homes with 15 year mortgages.
