Anytime I find information on the web that I want to save or I use Evernote’s Webclipper to bookmark it. This is a free app you can add to any standard browser.
When you want to save something just click on the icon at the top right of your screen. Evernote will give you a window that offers you choices about how you want the page (or just a screen shot of part of it) saved.
You can file it in a specific notebook, add searchable tags so you can easily find it, and set an email reminder if you want to jog your memory or need to do something with that information on a specific date.
Webclipper saves me time and makes it much easy to keep track of all the information I gather. No more paper or electronic notes cluttering my desktop! And I can access it anywhere through Evernote’s cloud storage. I don't even carry a notebook anymore since Evernote is on my phone too.
Evernote is one of my favorite organizational tools and Webclipper makes it even more valuable to my business.
