One of the best ways that Pinterest can help Buyers is the visual/color aspect. Many, Many people are not visual and can't picture their things in a vacant home. Pinterest has a wealth of information that will provide you with as many different ideas and designs that you could ever possibly imagine. Pinterest allows you to organize and coordinate those ideas as well.
Sign up for Pinterest with a new account, or sign in to an existing account.
Once you're logged in, create a new board. Or, create several new boards, one for each aspect of your goal, such as: floor plans, color palettes, interior decor, outdoor living space ideas, etc.
Search for the keyword you want to start with. For example, enter the words “new home floor plans” in the Pinterest search box and Pinterest will pull up floor plan layouts, designs, and pictures from which you can choose.
Pin the ideas you like to the board(s) you created. Select as many as you like, knowing that you can narrow down your ideas later by simply deleting the pins you no longer want.
Once you have narrowed down each of your design areas, add them all to one board, which will give you the perfect visual of how you want your new dream home to look.
