After reading Anthony Clark'sblog post Why is it such a surprise? Yesterday, an idea popped into my head that I thought would be fun, while encouraging involvement from all of our markets around the nation. If you're new to Active Rain or you've been around a while and just haven't been sure what topic to post about, here's your chance. If you're not new, you know what to do!
Most of us have probably seen "What You Get For The Money" on HGTV. For those who haven't, it's a weekly show in which they summarize properties in different markets around the country in similar price ranges, to show the variation of features, amenities and property values nationally.
I enjoy keeping up with the national market almost as much as my local market, so I thought it would be fun to do our own little Rainers version of the show, starting with the $100,000 range.
