Grand Rapids officially 2nd best city in America to own a home

"Grand Rapids Ranked ^#2 Best Place To Own A Home In America"

According to Porch which ran a survey to decide which city in America was the best to own a home. Porch asked over 10,000 homeowners a series of questions in relation to their Cities and the Communities where they live. Some Grand Rapids resisdents were not surprised about the listing such as Cathy Hoppough, president of the Grand Rapids Association of Realtors -

"I think the biggest thing we have is our Midwestern values," said Hoppough. "You can't go anywhere in the world and find the values we have, the happy people we have, the friendly people we have and everybody's welcoming."

With events such as Art Prize, a fantastic community, and wonderful people Grand Rapids stands out from other cities.
