Albuquerque real estate market experienced a decrease in the total inventory of homes for sale in Albuquerque by 17.45% to 2,262 in October 2015 compared to 2,740 in October 2014. The inventory of Albuquerque homes for sale in September 2015 was 2,329.

Albuquerque real estate market experienced a decrease in the number of Albuquerque NM homes listed for sale by 3.73% to 874 in October 2015 compared to 908 in October 2014. The number of new listings of Albuquerque homes for sale in September 2015 was 945.

Albuquerque real estate market experienced a decrease in the number of days on market to sell a home in Albuquerque by 10% to 54 days in October 2015 compared to 60 days in October 2014. The number of days on the market in Albuquerque in September 2015 was 48.

Albuquerque real estate market experienced an increase in the number of Albuquerque New Mexico homes sold by 9.18% to 571 homes in October 2015 compared to 523 homes in October 2014. The number of Albuquerque homes sold in September 2015 was 592.

Albuquerque real estate market experienced an increase in the number of Albuquerque New Mexico homes pended by 12.2% to 616 in October 2015 compared to 549 homes in October 2014. The number of Albuquerque homes pended in September 2015 was 675. Pended homes is defined as the buyer and seller have agreed to terms on the sale of the home. However, the transaction is not complete and is an indicator to future home sales in Albuquerque.
