Cracked Clean-Out Hard To Detect
The only thing the owner saw was the water damage caused by the cracked drain pipe. There was no way of knowing by looking on the surface what the source of the water was.
Opening the wall in the area quickly exposed the problem, the clean-out was cracked. Judging by the damage, it had been a slow leak for some time. Time to make it right!
