Pass this along to your local board! Another up front fee scam company on agents.  Do not fall for this !  I treid calling the number 5 times throughout the day without getting anyone on the phone.  I hope they rott in jail when they get busted! 

 

2ndly Nice font for an REO company, 3rdly BS with no address of office and BS office location is a ROOS, and 4th, try to call them and ask what is outside there building after you look at google maps. 

 

The way they can legally scam you, is a one year wait period before they refund your money back, as they have one year to get you a client, by that time they are gone!  Do not fall for this scam

    Team Lear has a return of deposit policy that stipulates the following:

     

    Once your name is on MLS as the listing agent on the BPO(s) that you performed working with Team Lear, then your deposit will be returned back to you. Team Lear does ask for an upfront deposit of $449.00 as we handle and will be responsible for the following: Eviction, Cash for Keys ,Trash-outs, Utilities, Winterization/De-Winterization, Property repairs, along with any miscellaneous property management both interior and exterior.

Thanks for the warning. It is such a shame these folks don't find legitimate avenues for work. I guess they feel its easy money and why do they have to play by the rules and actually do something worthwhile! I just subscribed to your blog.
