My cell phone rang and the woman on the other end asked, "Do you have any homes available in Canyon Cove Community, Washington, Utah?"
She wanted to know if I represented the subdivision. I told her in a manner of speaking it is true, that I write about local southern Utah communities and people call. The power of the blog is still at work and this tells me it's time for another market report. Here we go!
Canyon Cove is an all adult, single family development nestled among the red rock bluffs in Washington City, Utah. All homes are stucco with tile roofs and consistent with picket fences running along the front and feature winding, tree-lined streets.
Homes are either 1 or 2 bedroom with 1 to 2 bathrooms plus 1 to 2 car garage or carport and start at about 840 square feet and go up to 1,100 square feet. Yards are impeccably manicured and there is a clubhouse / pool area that offers daily and weekly activities.
HOA fees are $98 per month and include: yard care, pool / clubhouse and cable.
