Today we got my property listing at 418 N Northwest Highway in Park Ridge IL 60068 under contact. We reduced the price to $324,900 and got showings with many interested people and today we accepted an offer. This lovely 3 bedroom and 3 bath 1920's bungalow is really a nice home. We did this in 47 days and that is pretty good for the middle of November.
