Camas Outshines the Rest on the West Coast
Imagine getting to choose where to live on the west coast from San Francisco to Seattle. San Francisco and Seattle are two of my favorite cities - to visit. Our newest clients hail from the Midwest. They are relocating due to a new job and had the aforementioned choices of where to live. They chose, sight unseen (except for our videos) Camas Washington! They feel it has their top priorities covered - small town atmosphere, proximately to outdoor adventures, and excellent schools,
We were thrilled when they fell in love with the area during a visit last month. We are also thrilled that they fell in love with a ViewHome located in the beautiful neighborhood of Summit at Columbia Vista. Most of the homes sit on good sized lots with stunning views of the Columbia River and surrounding valley. Their adorable 4 year old son has already picked out " his room," and the contingencies have been met. They plan to move in next month. It will be a lovely home for their Christmas celebrations.
ViewHomes of Clark County - Nature Not Neighbors
We specialize in helping people buy and sell ViewHomes in the area. Our clients appreciate being neighborly, and have nothing against people. However, they choose to live in homes with views of "Nature Not Neighbors." Naturally, most of these homes sit on larger parcels of land from at least a quarter acre and higher.
Over the weekend, we enjoyed visiting with one of our clients who lives in the Livingston Mountain neighborhood called Autumn Hills. Their home sits on 5 acre parcel which affords them plenty of privacy. We saw 2 deer on the road into the neighborhood, and 5 more in a meadow as we turned up their drive. As we walked to the front door, the twinkling lights of Portland peeked through breaks in the clouds and towering fir trees glistened from a recent rain. We looked at one another and smiled, "Nature Not Neighbors."
Please let us know if we can offer you highly customized Real Estate services for your ViewHome - buying, or selling. We get it.
