Price per square foot in October was $264. This is down from $279 in September but up from $233 in October of 2014.
Inventory
Inventory of 58 in October was down 10.8% from 65 in September and down 7.9% from 63 in October of 2014. New listings in October were 12, unchanged from the same month last year. Months of supply of 5.4 in October was down modestly from 6 in September and down somewhat from 8 in October of 2014. This is the lowest months of supply has been since March, 2015.
