It’s that time of year when many of us want to get geared up to start 2016 off with a bang. I’m excited about 2016. I’ve got some personal goals, some projects I want to finish, and I’d really like to be able to do at least two pull-ups and peacock pose by the end of 2016. But, I’d also like to provide value and help agents to be the best that they can be. That’s important to me as well.

After spending a good portion of the last 8 years watching agents struggle in a down market and even being the broker’s broker (negotiating short sales on many agents’ personal residences), I figured that there’s got to be a better way. There’s got to be a way for agents to be successful no matter the market. After all, if there were simple strategies that agents could follow no matter the market, many agents wouldn’t have been in a position where they needed to sell their homes as short sales. Right?

So, I applied my background in teaching and writing and my passion for productivity and helping others to develop a program to help agents be the best that they can be. Part 1 of that program includes The Essential Daily Planner for Real Estate Agents, which is a daily planner that has historically been a best seller on Amazon.
