Beth Atalay Thank you! I do not quite understand why the bottom feeders still think they can 'steal' prime properties. They are behind the buying curve, so we continue to receive ridiculous offers and the sellers are holding their ground.

Ritu Desai Many prospects, but no takers yet. Funny, I had an agent wilth bottom feeder clients call me yesterday to ask if the sellers would take an offer 17% lower than the list price. After I stopped laughing, I gave her the bad news. Why would the sellers settle for a price so low when they:

1) do not have to sell; the home is paid for and it is an estate sale

2) the home is priced over $20k below the comps

3) there is no other home offering a contiguous buildable lot right next door included with the price.

Some buyers just don't get it!
