The new urban village, Market Common, located on the former Myrtle Beach Air Force Base, has been well received by thousands of tourists and visitors during the first few weeks of its opening.  Most of those strolling through the streets are amazed that this 'mini' town has sprung up in such a short time.  The upscales shops, great restaurants, new wave grocery store and 14 screen cinema are appreciated by both the tourists and locals.  The most often heard comment is 'I can't wait to sell my home/condo and move down here - it's awesome.'

The Crabtree Gym is undergoing a major 6 million dollar upgrade which will include an Olympic size pool and state of the art exercise equipment.  It is centrally located in this urban village and easily accessed by the new inhabitants of this community.

If you would like more information on this unique project, including floor plans for the residential and live/work townhomes, go to Market Common Townhomes.
