The Ronald McDonald House is very near to our heart.  When our oldest grandson now 21 was born he was in NICU about 4 hours away from any family. Debbie took off work and stayed at the Ronald House in Birmingham Alabama for FOUR MONTHS!  

The Ronald McDonald House was a life saver to both the family and to our oldest grandchild.  The Drs. agreed her constant presence, talking, touching and attention those long 4 months helped him pull through the many surgeries and procedures he overcame. 

Good Tuesday morning Dorie Dillard -

He had two open heart surgeries back to back plus several other operations and serious procedures all before finally going home at 4 months old. He's had many other surgeries since then and will continue to.  Thankful and blessed to have the Ronald McDonald House so near the hospital. Enjoy your healthy grand-kiddos.
