I have to share this article! It's important for Agents who have clients moving to the Triangle as well as Agents that are here.
Those of us who are Southern born and raised always find it funny how many Northerners are moving to our area. I think the couple in the article states it best "why move to Cary? It's going to be all the same people!"
But this article not only points out where the wealth is located. It shows the reasons why Cary and the Triangle is such a great place to move to and explains why so many Northerners want to be in the South!
