You know things are bad when you offer free food and no one comes...................

Had an open house this weekend. Got two people. Are open houses a waste of time? We even cooked hot dogs, had cookies, candy, chips, drink, and got nothing.

I have 13 buyers still "looking" I wish I had a hose to spray them off the fence! This is nuts. I know things are moving because Im really busy but this is crazy.

I decided some time ago not to do any more open houses because the results aren't worth the effort. I know some will disagree with me, but that's my position.
