I know, I know.

Some of you won't believe anything until you see it on Craigslist.

After all, what kind of broker would I be if I couldn't even afford twenty-five bucks to advertise for you on Craigslist?

So here you go, here's the ad on Craigslist

You drive a hard bargain.  That's precisely the kind of shrewd negotiator I'm looking for.

Is that fifty words yet?

John,  I hate to admit it but I have not been on Craiglist.  So, I don't really get it.  Is that 10 words yet?

John, good luck with your Craigslist post.  We update our listings on Craigslist every 40 days and I have been pleasantly surpised at the response.  I had a call from someone today. I'm showing them homes on Wed.

Do you need ten words on the comments?  That's something I didn't know!

Hi all.

Thanks, Midori, that was nice.

I feel so skeptical of Cragslist with real estate now, since some of the properties haven't really existed, that people sent in rent $ or a downpayment for! Hope it works for you all!

When it comes to Real Estate, I'm not getting good vibes abut Craigslist nowadays... seems to not be gaining much credibility. I only posted a coupld last year, but won't waste my time or $ anymore, not even if it's cheap--- I only want quality for mu clients.

John,

I have a comment for any agents in Sacramento who has read your add and is sitting on the fence wondering if they should call you or respond to your help wanted ad.

I know John personally.   He's the real deal.  Friendly, witty, kind and he truly cares about his customers and agents.  This is not an outfit full of empty promises.  Simply type into "g" Sacrament Real Estate and notice that over 15,000,000 pages are served.  If you know anything about search engines you will know that being in position 1 and 2 of that phrase packs a real punch.  It practically knocks every other site out of the game.

Real traffic from real searchers seeking real estate information and John's blog offers a treasure trove of real estate information pertaining to the Sacramento region.

So, Go for it - Get on board!
