5 Things that I am Thankful for contest made me realize how lucky we are with all our technology and how much harder thi job was in the past!
I-phone- When you are in sales a phone is your lifeline, it helps cement your buyers to their dream home and more importantly helps you make those sales. Keeps you available as often as possible to buyers and prospects. We take pictures of our buyers’ homes and the I-Phone 6 plus makes it super easy for me.
Computer: let’s face it any communications are easier with today’s technology. I love to be able to e-mail send buyers links. The just feeds into larger scheme. I absolutely hate to fax and a computer you just scan it and it is there and you do not have to worry about whether it got there or not.
My company David Weekley: Our software here at David Weekley makes follow up a breeze names pull up weekly to follow up or you can set a schedule and it will let you follow up. We send systematic e-mails about our products to our prospects. We build better than anyone so I can honestly be proud to sell our homes and am sad when people do see the value and just look at the bottom line. We have great training here at David Weekley and my colleagues are top notch.
Active Rain: – I love that I literally have access to thousands of experts here in the Rain. There are some really smart people here in the rain and learn an awful lot here. I treasure the friendships here above all
My husband: because some nights I come home and I am spent due to the day’s work and he bolsters me up! I could not do it with him to support me and be my sounding board.
