I currently have a listing that has been vacant since last October--with the exception of a leather couch, chair and area rug and a dining room table and chairs...it is very sparse and non welcoming. I'd like to keep staging costs to a bare minimum to help out my poor sellers that are struggling on and on with two mortgages month after month--- Does anyone have any affordable ideas for this property that could be done inexpensively?  Here is the link to my VFlyer...I'd appreciate any and ALL ideas you may have for us!
