Discovery Bay is a 666 unit Lease Hold condo complex. The building has relatively spacious units with a recreation deck connecting the two towers. Higher floors offer ocean views over the Waikiki and Hawaii Yachts clubs with restaurants, hotels, and beaches nearby.
The lease on the twin tower complex expires in 2039. The east tower on the Diamond Head side is called the "Resolution" and the West tower on the Ewa side is named the "Endeavor. Although considered Pet Friendly, NO Dogs are permitted.
