Home Value Leads
STOP Billing My Credit Card Account!!!
What a pain in the backside. Talk about lack of integrity!
My First Request to cancel my subscription was sent on October 7, 2015.
Brian Rayl from Home Value Leads responded on 10/7/2015:
"Unfortunately we don't have a way to schedule a cancellation. Therefore, we would either cancel it now or you would need to email in closer to the 27th. I will not take any action until you let me know how you would like to proceed."
On October 16, 2015 I wrote to Brian Rayl:
"Hi, Brian,
Please cancel the service.
Thank you so much."

On October 23, 2015 I wrote to Brian Rayl:

On October 27, 2015 I wrote to Brian Rayl:
"Brian,
I see there is a pending charge to my credit card account.
I understand from my credit card company that the charge is not set up for an auto renew … it is manually billed each month.
My email requests to cancel have seemingly been ignored.
Please understand if the charge does post to my account it will be disputed.I do not use or want the service.
FOR THE LAST TIME … CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION!!!
NO RESPONSE
The charge was disputed with my credit card company.
The charge was reversed by my credit card company.
I asked the credit card company to BLOCK Brian Rayl from Home Value Leads to prevent future charges to my account. The credit card company cannot do that because it is not set up to auto renew. The charges are manually applied each month.
Nothing but CRAP for leads from Home Value Leads and nothing but CRAP service.
