2 Cups of reduced fat sharp Cheddar cheese

Now melt the butter over a medium heat in a large pot.

Add the onions and cook about 5 minutes.

Now add the 1 cup of water and the potatoes.

Season with the salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 10 minutes more or until the potatoes are tender.

Add the crawfish tails, and cook 5 minutes more.

Meanwhile in a separate saucepan, heat the milk and cheese over a low heat, beibg sure to stir it constantly until it's just melted.

Now combine the milk and cheese with the crawfish mixture, and stir to blend.

You'll want to serve it hot.

I don't know that I have ever had crawfish choweder.  It sounds like a Texas dish though.

Just wonderin' effen you ever hear a new Englander call 'em "Ditch Lobsters?"  (or do they get cranky when you call 'em that?)

Howdy Dale, I thought you said you had done a post on Miss Molly & Tex too?  Maybe someone else in our TWP group.  Anyway I left you a comment on our "group" post, but wanted to make sure you got it.  That Preacher Alan left this for us

I'm sure you saw it, it;s kinda hard to miss.  But since you are pulling up the rear of the wedding party you differently need to get Preacher Alan to be on your team.  I would also suggest you get Paul and Jason too...what a hoot the 4 of you would make, not telling what you four would come up with?  On second thought, maybe it's not a good idea:) :)

You must be mighty healthy eating all that fish, and your recipe's sound divine...maybe you should do the cooking for our wedding, don't think any fish are coming to the wedding, so we could have fish, veggies, and lots of desserts?  Liz    Love you're custom blog, very cool
